		<description>I'd agree that pantu is a lot stronger than sellout- it's more like traitor.  It brings to mind the Cultural Revolution or Chen Shui-bian more than an amoral newscaster.
That said, I have no idea how to say "sellout" in Chinese.</description>

By-the-way, I thought your translation might be a bit over-the-top so I looked at the source and realized you might've actually toned things down a bit!  Are all of Global Times articles so crypto-political, or is this one really a standout?</description>
